It wasn’t what I expected. Very impersonal and alot of automated voice systems. Then had to go to website to get info, wait to watch a zoom call to get what I needed. Had to wait 8 days to get what could have taken 30 minutes maybe over the phone.

They are the best my house flooded with sewage in 2015 and after reviewing just the text messages in my phone with me & my landlord they got the landlord to agree to pay me back all the months I had paid rent and in cash just as I had gave it to him. The process only took about a week.
