Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) provides free civil legal aid in Bucks, Chester, Delaware & Montgomery counties. LASP’s Doylestown office moved in fall 2020! Our Doylestown PFA office, now at 224 N. Main St. (as of Sept. 2020), helps with Protection from Abuse (PFA) orders. Our other Doylestown office, at 1260 Almshouse Road, Doylestown (as of Oct. 2020), helps mainly with custody, children and youth, and elder law matters.

I was helped by Barbara in October of 2021 for a PFA. I am in going through a rough time with my ex and sought out help from her again today to see if my ex violated his PFA, so i emailed her. I called her today and she blatantly raised her voice at me and scolded me that she cannot help me because she doesnt take care of custody situations. Instead of telling me nicely, she decided to express her anger towards me and made me extremely upset. If you are going through a really hard time, the last thing you want is someone who is supposed to help others, yell at you.
