I called for information regarding a case from 2009. I was treated poorly by the lady that answers the phones! She was caddy & sarcastic. I don’t know what kind of place you’re running but you need to get some better speaking people to approach new potential customers. I was only asking questions so I could be led in the proper direction & she was all around sarcastic in all of her responses as if I should’ve KNOWN the answers and not asked her. BE BETTER TO PEOPLE!
