I called this place because a person asked me to help her with a problem she has ( living situation ) about to be homeless. She had a case open with an employee that no longer works there but she didn’t know because no one ever called her to tell her this . I called two different people more than 3 weeks ago .. I’m waiting for someone to call me back . The lady that’s 71 years old had no choice than to go to a shelter because Apparently no one has time to return my message. I would give no stars but that’s not an option . Very disappointed . I hear people recommend this place don’t know why ? I guess it might be another because of covid excuse .. that’s just over used .

Not helpful at all I never would get calls returned and when I need help with my taxes it was vital I got help Eric Markusen got all my info had me coming in to.see him for nothing he never would return my calls after he promised he would help.me and that I had no worries

I called one evening and left a voicemail for Milwaukee legal aid society. I called back the next morning and a young lady stated that she had received my voicemail and informed me to go online and to fill out the intake form stating what the issue was and to submit it so, that’s what I did. I have not heard back from legal aid. My issue was eventually resolved without their help. Just to let the public know staff are not in the office due to covid-19 restrictions. So, if you need their assistance my advice is to go online and fill out the intake form first. Hopefully you will receive a call back.

Within a week with proper documentation, myself, my wife and child got our health insurance taken care of and EBT. Much better service than what I’ve had to deal with in the past.
