Hi, My name is Heath nd I just called up there to put in an application for desperate help to get something done about my slumlord. I wish i would of got the women’s name that put the application in for me cause she was the most sweetest, most nicest human being iv ever talked to. The most soothing voice with an amazing outlook on life. I literally had 3 nightmares back to back last night worrying about whats been goin on where i live but this woman literally made all my nerves go away. So easy to talk to. Whoever you are may God bless you nd your family for all eternity and u should definitely get a raise.. Have a blessed day

Ft Walton office is a joke. The lawyer Mr Norback stood me up every appointment, no calls, just wasn’t there after took off work at a new job and drove an hour. It’s been SIX MONTHS and still have yet to see or talk to anyone. I just received a notice that my appointment with the partner lawyer today was cancelled (weather related however I will add, the bridges are open and everyone else is at work…). Not only was it cancelled but the message said the wrong lawyers name. I tried calling back only 5 minutes later to explain my appointment was with the other lawyer so I could make sure they had the right person and the paralegal Mandy was insanely rude, I mean to the point I was actually laughing at the ridiculousness of it all by the end. She raising her voice saying she said not to call back today so I suppose we’re not allowed to call the office when they do not feel like answering, then kept raising her voice as every time I tried to speak. She just kept repeating the same thing over and over ‘As I said on the message, your appointment was with Norback, call back tomorrow to reschedule,” I waited until her tirade was over and tried to ask if the lawyer I was supposed to with would be there tomorrow, when she said she would try to get me in, on the message of course, so I could know to let work know and she just cut me off even louder repeating the same thing. This is one girl who obviously hates her job with a passion, it was ridiculous.

Made an appointment to try to get representation for my case. Lawyer made me retell my traumatizing story in detail just to be told at the end of the appointment that they have too big of a caseload and can’t take my case. Wasted my time and theirs, and caused even more psychological damage. Extremely disappointing.
