I am currently a tenant and my experience with the property manager (Dawn Patterson) has been exhausting! I have been dealing with mice for weeks and the response from her has been slow to none! Unfortunately, this is the norm. I am so desperate for help that I have called and left several messages throughout the leasing office and no one has returned my call. I’m left with having to send an official letter and to entertain my options. I can’t enjoy living in an apartment riddled with mice.

The worst customer service, one can possibly get! They are not helpful with service requests, terrible with communication with tenants, and have made false claims as to the upgrades we would receive in our building. They are only worried about getting new, tenants into the building to help with the gentrification. In addition they are quick to charge you additional money for natural wear and tear that occurs that should be covered in what we pay in rent.
