I’ve never trusted attorneys before I met Kim Gozsa. I was unfortunately diagnosed with TBI after having a severe fall. There were several attorneys that would not even talk to me unless I had “an open head wound.’ Then I met Kim. My daughter and I went to meet her and after a short interview she looked into my eyes and said “Gina, I know exactly want you have and what you’re going through.” Because of all her experience and knowledge with TBI cases, she knew exactly what was happening in my brain. She explained to me that this would probably be a long road ahead but if I was willing to see doctors and therapists, so I could heal, as well as make sure the people who caused this would take responsibility for their actions. At that moment I found peace and a trust in her that I found in no one else. I was so very lucky that I found her. She gave up part of 4 years of her life for me and we won.
