Jacob Harris, from the very start, was direct and honest with me about the process. He answered my questions and was patient with me. He never talked down to me or treated me like I was not important. Jacob and I spent almost 2 years together on my case. He was always responsive & kind. There were times I was stressed out and he was always there to support me and talk me thru my stress! He listens. He is honest. He was always prepared when we had to go to court and he sure busted his butt preparing for trial and researching everything to make sure he presented the best options for me. He was always respectful to the judge and to me. He was always quick to call out the other attorney’s misinformation & tactics to distract the court. I am proud to have had him represent me. In the past few years, I have retained Wendy Levy twice to represent me for a divorce and modifying a parenting plan. Wendy and her associates have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are professional, know law, and extremely hard working. Wendy provided her experienced recommendations but did what I still wanted in my original parenting plan 3 years ago. Jacob represented me even living two hours away. I had been “boxed out” of local attorneys. He spoke up for me during my first hearing. He stopped the other attorney from distracting the judge with nonsense and it felt so good to have someone on my side. I will definitely be keeping his representation. Jacob was open-minded and considerate. In family matter cases the drama can be outstanding but he and Wendy were tenacious when working as a team and Jacob phenomenal in his approach when handling my case. He worked with me on every aspect and kept me in the loop of every detail making sure not only the needs of my child were met but the needs of my personal family and household at hand. I would highly recommend Jacob as his help benefited my family greatly! He made it altogether EASY for me to concentrate on my everyday business and successes as well. My child involved in the custody case has come through this with little effect by the legalities as our end was kept as simple as possible while the other side tried to influence the children. The professionalism of Levy & Harris has prevailed even when the drama from the opposing party tried to ensue. Our case was long, but worth it. The year and half Jacob spent on our case with diligence has proven to be worth the wait. I had a wonderful experience utilizing Wendy Levy as my attorney. My case was extremely difficult and she took the time to make me feel at ease with the process. If you only want to damage the other side then Wendy may not be your first choice. Wendy takes the time to work with you for a long term solution that will work for all parties involved with your needs coming first of coarse. If a hearing is needed Wendy is great in the courtroom and will fight for you but this should be a last resort rather than a first choice. I will certainly utilize Wendy in the future in the event I need to.

I hired Wendy to help my husband and I get custody of our infant granddaughter. In Oregon this is not easy to do! Wendy took the bull by the horns and handled our case. She was in very close communication with me anytime I needed her. She was upfront and honest with me as to what I could do and could not do. She called us the night before court to ensure we were ready and prepared. She told me right from the get go what to expect and how it would go. She was right!! We won our case and I will hire her if ever needed again! Wendy even communicated with me some while on her vacation. If she wasn’t able to get back to me, her assistants did.
