I had a very good experience with Mikhail E. Lezhnev, especially during the difficulties of the pandemic. He advised me on payroll and business taxes and how to protect my assets from creditors. Apparently, I have been overpaying in payroll taxes for some time, and surprisingly this was pretty easy to fix with the right advice and filings. We came to Mr. Lezhnev in December 2019 after my mother passed away and my father needed to get his affairs in order. Mike was very knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and honest. He explained the purpose of every document, went over both benefits and drawbacks for every option and answered every question we might have. My father is very detail-oriented. Mr. Lezhnev went line by line through every option and figured out which ones are needed and which ones would just add complexity. His first draft of the documents had taken into account everything we asked for, and he was willing to make a number of minor adjustments my father wanted, patiently producing several additional drafts as part of the service.
