She made sure I understood everything, answered any questions, checked in on me, all while making me feel comfortable and supported. Kain & Scott was an excellent choice! I was working mainly with Col and was very pleased. She made sure I understood everything, answered any questions, checked in on me, all while making me feel comfortable and supported. First: Charles and I visited during my initial contact and I was very comfortable with how he handled the interview! Very empathetic and he had a God-given gift of a good first impression! He has answered every question I have had in regards to bankruptcy.I have never felt judged either which is a great feeling.
