(probate case) I called set it up hired lighthouse turned the will in my self twice apparently the very rude paralegal was unaware that they needed the original! The one and only time I’ve called them the paralegal very rudely told me to not call them and ask questions but to ask another person involved whom I’ve never once met or ever even heard about my whole life and who clearly does not have the best interests of the beneficiarys or the estate it turns out!!! We had to hire another lawyer just to figure out what is going on! It’s been a terrible experience and makes it that much harder to deal with the loss of a loved one! As I set here on his couch losing sleep over it taking care of the hard stuff
