We had scheduled an in person meeting for a paid consultation and followed the emails instructions to fill out the intake forms. We completed the forms, and got an email with an in office appointment scheduled for noon the following day. After 5pm that same day we received a call from Kelly his PA, saying they had a conflict of times and chose to schedule us for a phone call consultation at 12pm the same day instead of in person. The email clearly stated he would call us at this specific time and date, as did Kelly during our phone call.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityLate and Unprofessional consult. The consult was 2 hours late. I called at my scheduled time for a 30 minute consult, was told I would get a call back in 15 minutes. An hour and a half later, I emailed them about rescheduling. 20 minutes or so after that, I finally got a call back. The consult was rushed so much I could barely keep up. The consultant seemed to get aggravated when I asked for clarification and additional questions. No mention to where I could template for the letters I needed to write to my tenant. After 9 minutes into the call, he was rushing me for any more questions and told me he had to get to his next consult. I was supposed to get 30 minutes and was supposed to get those at 9:00am. He then wanted to argue and put the blame on me that the consult was late, when it was their fault. Overall unprofessional. I hope this was a paralegal I spoke to and not a lawyer from the firm. 2 stars for helping me at least confirm information I already looked up.Update: to their response..The call back was received after this review was posted. So no I did not fail to mention that when this was written. I did understand the information I was given as I had already looked it up and was seeking confirmation. I will also point out, that I had to mention gaps of information not explained by the consultant to confirm if I also needed to take those not mentioned facts into consideration. When you say the information had to be repeated to me, it was because the consultant spouted off everything so god damn fast it was impossible for a person not fluent in statue language to keep up. So yes, I asked for clarification on specific things and no I did not like the response but it was in regards to the process that I would have to take and was asking what other options I might have. Mr Lippman and staff are wonderful! During this trying time, dealing with the Stay at Home order, he helped me to understand a tenant/ landlord contract. He was patient and understood my confusion. He called me back personally to explain it one more time. His staff always answered the phone professionally and were kind. I will definitely seek his services as needed.

I’m giving him a 1 cause I can’t give him anything lower. I thought that because he had a high score he would be good. I was mistaking in my case when I called to make an appointment the secretary was rude but I figured maybe it’s just the secretary. When I spoke to him I felt like I was being rushed. All he cared about was on how his services were going to be needed. I needed advice I didn’t even get to tell him everything or even ask the questions that I had. I am back to square one it’s like I never spoke to a lawyer. I would have gotten more information out my bird than what I got from him it’s a matter a fact my bird is a better listener. I had called Morgan & Morgan about 2 months ago because I thought they dealed with all types of cases. Turns out they didn’t but I must say there treatment was excellent even though they knew they couldn’t help me they still tried till this day I still remember her name was Vanessa. In my experience with the Lippman law office I felt like he didn’t care I would not recommend him but that is my experience.
