My husband was a client of Randy Schueller & he really couldn’t have asked for better. Randy always took the time to answer any questions & explain any information that may have seemed a little complicated at times. Positive: ProfessionalismTheir are just a few words I can say about Randy an his Staff. FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL AN CARING. I was employed by Smith Fertilizer an Grain in Centerville IA. I was injured due to their neglect of safety protocol. I fell off a grain conveyor injuring my shoulder. They sent me to their Dr. the next day for X-rays and it showed a object floating in my shoulder. Work comp was calling me the same day to go to physical therapy an to go back to limited work. I called Randy for help. I had a MRI an my labrum was 80 percent torn an bicep tendon was torn. Work comp kept insisting I could work with 1 arm until Randy took control. I finally had surgery by work comp surgeon an was rejected physical therapy for 6 weeks. By then my shoulder was frozen. Again Randy took over an I was rewarded a nice weekly wage but he wasn’t done. Work comp insurance kept low balling me lump sum offers to close case which was very tempting but Randy told me to be patient. After 3 yrs of drawing a nice weekly wage Randy got a large 6 figure lump sum offer for me. I always trusted Randy an he never gave up on my case. My advice to anyone is don’t ever listen to work comp agents but Listen an Trust Randy. Loney & was dropped 2 months after a written decision-leaving exhaustive work in IA DWC for appealling pro se.Specialist chiropractic work paid out of pocket, most medical records relating injury with the job had been left out of arguement at the hearing!Hearing brief wrote to undermine the medical needs in the past and future!I have to add a saying of hope for victims of violent crimes.
