Incompetent record keeping or staff. I made an appointment months in advance. Talked with the attorney’s assistant or at least two separate occasions to set-up an appointment with attorney Lorenz. Left my job early to go to the office for the appointment only to be told that I did not exist in their system and the attorney could not see me. Not sure how you get new or retain clients under that system of customer service.
