These people are the most heartless people I’ve ever heard of. I don’t know how what they do is even legal. Preying on those who probably can barely pay their own bills to begin with and now they are faced with harsh penalties simply because the need medical attention and can’t afford to pay. I’ve never thought what these people can do would ever be possible when they aren’t a judge. There is a special place in hell for people like you.

I feel like this company owes me money, I had a hospital debt and they garnish my check. As they were paid off they continue to take money until I notified my HR who stop payments. They finally sent a check for the lesser amt but after judgment was signed off 2 checks later.

For a bill collections company I have no complaints at this time. As long as you keep paying they do not hassle. If you are running a few days late they will call you ask you when you are paying and send you on your way politely. Just don’t go past 30 days!!!

If I could rate these people lower I would. They are definitely ambulance chasers. I’ve had to make multiple court cases against them because they stole my money and once a judge ordered for them to give it back they still haven’t. Even with this pandemic happening and loosing my job and having 4 kids they still will not give me my money. Now tomorrow 3/26/2020 I have to make another court date so they can release the funds. These people have NO heart at all. EDWARD BUTLER was the worst one!!!

I have been making payments for almost two years. I always pay over the phone with no fee. This month when I went to pay there is now a $5 fee that’s a lot for a Fee. I already have a hard time making my payments. They do not offer a free way to pay except in person. I live hours away from them so in person payments are not an option. This just makes things harder for people barely getting by.
