I needed to open up LLC in NY and researched around for a Firm that would handle everything on my behalf. Online reviews for Love Law Firm and Francine were excellent.Even though one can go through the process themselves however NY state has some strict requirements and it’s always a good idea to have an attorney oversee the process for you.Francine and her team made me conformable from the beginning. Her team was responsive and quick.
