Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI was recommended by another lawyer to see Alyson. What a mistake that was but my family and I were going through such a tough time after the death of our father that we didn’t have the energy to look much elsewhere but do I wish we had. From my experience I can tell you she had zero respect for us, talked to us like we were children, was so belittling, rude and unprofessional. She didn’t finish our probate proceedings and did not kept us informed about anything that was going on which now makes sense since we found out all she did was file the probate forms then nothing! Anything she was asked to do was a huge chore and we got attitude from her for even asking it of her which was something as simple as writing a letter for us. She doesn’t call you back, her assistant is the only one whom seemed to care and try to help us all she could and in the end this crook didn’t give us any of our retainer back cause she put in her clause that the retainer doesn’t get returned. So she got $4k for filing probate forms that weren’t even complete and writing one darn letter for us.The rest my family and I were the ones that had to keep calling probate to get updates, she never extended the proceedings we had to do that on our own! I was recommended by another lawyer to see Alyson. What a mistake that was but my family and I were going through such a tough time after the death of our father that we didn’t have the energy to look much elsewhere but do I wish we had.
