Very unprofessional. Did not answer phone/texts. My mother recently went through a divorce and hired Lucy Vazquez as her lawyer. It was tough enough for my mom to deal with a divorce and to add the nightmare experience of dealing with a very unprofessional lawyer makes an already horrible experience even worst. On my mother’s final court date she was emailed the day prior an address of 33 N Dearborn Street Chicago IL along with the time of 10:30am. My mom took an Uber and was at the location emailed to her by Lucy only to find out it was a court hearing being held via zoom only minutes prior to 10:30am. Lucy did not answer my mom’s phone calls or texts and when she finally did she informed my mom to get to a computer or she would reschedule the court date. My mom took a day off work, paid almost $50 in Uber services because of the incompetence of Ms. Vazquez. To add insult to injury Ms. Vazquez made it seem like it was my moms fault denying having sent the email when we clearly have proof of the email sent. Not only that but when was Ms. Vazquez planning on telling my mother it was via zoom and when was she planning on giving her the information needed to log in to the zoom meeting?? DO NOT waste your money on Ms. Vazquez you will regret it. Hire yourself a REAL lawyer because Ms. Vazquez is anything but a lawyer.

Has been a nightmare the relationship between client and Mrs. Vazquez , never answer a call , text message or email lack of sensitivity in a divorce process, I do not recommend this lawyer to anyone.
