Critical: Quality, ResponsivenessI had to remind Luisa every time we talked what was happening with our case. Nothing ever happened unless I emailed to ask why it wasn’t happening. She would recommend one course of action if my ex didn’t do what was being asked, but then when he didn’t, she forgot that or something and would recommend a different course of action instead.
