Credential wise everything looked good until the actual case started. For one, after consultation with Mr. Lutz he was very hard to get in contact with. I was always being referred to a Paralegal in office who barely can speak English with poor comprehension skills, and could never answer any question I may have had about my case. The only times I was able to speak with Mr. Lutz for the most part was same day as hearing which wasn’t a reliable amount of time and when needed more funds for the trust fund. The only thing this firm cares about is the money, and also tried to take advantage of the money by overstating the price breakdown by ridiculous large margins. The amount of time spent on the phone never equaled the amount of time stated in my phone bill statements when compared. Very very horrible situation and experience to go thru when your fighting for custody of your kid that I’ve always taken care of since birth. Do not disregard bad reviews as I did just trying to accomplish something in the bigger picture, I feel scammed out of my money and all my concerns were never addressed after sending emails, and leaving voice messages. Immediately after my 2nd hearing the firm put in a 10 day withdrawal notice while Mr. Lutz was preparing to go on vacation which again he became unreachable and unreliable. I put all my trust and faith into this firm only to feel scammed and taken advantage of. Always review the most recent reviews, anything that was said in court I could’ve said myself and saved money. Do your research before selecting this firm because if your not consistently putting money into the trust fund then you will have no chance in court with your hearing.
