Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessThis group has to be a bunch of people working out of their garage! They take FOREVER to work on your paperwork and you have to hunt them down for any action to be taken. Every time I called to check the progress of my case I was told “I was just about to work on your file and have your paperwork in front of me” yet it too ONE MONTH before my paperwork was looked at. When I got the paperwork back (of which I personally got from another lawyer and uploaded to Lynx upon hiring) there were 6 things wrong that I had to point out and fix. They couldn’t copy and paste correctly! I was also told I forgot to include a family member but the person is clearly on the submitted documents with two minor differences. They have done nothing for me but waste time. I eventually mailed everything on my own and received a response in 7 days. They are the worst and a major waste of money. Had the worst experience with this law firm. Unresponsive, didn’t do anything for me in 3 years but cause lots of stress and loss of money, and they still made $15K off my case. Definitely will not use them EVER again and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone.
