Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessI’m not impressed at all. They have dragged out the sell of my mother’s house for ever. I was sent an email saying the case would be handled on her time not on mine! I did mention I am the customer and I don’t appreciate being talked to in such a condescending manner. Of course I got no response. My sister was appointed the spokesman by the four siblings and it has been a nightmare. I don’t know where my sister found this firm but they are rude, unprofessional and I will never recommend them. There are four of us and two of us are very displeased. Oh! I’m not impressed at all. They have dragged out the sell of my mother’s house for ever. I was sent an email saying the case would be handled on her time not on mine! I did mention I am the customer and I don’t appreciate being talked to in such a condescending manner. Of course I got no response. I’m quite sad to write this. I was very optimistic about this law office. I made an appointment to get a consultation. I received a message that they needed to reschedule- I don’t know the reason. I rescheduled. I was never contacted at the new scheduled time. It was all quite odd, and unprofessional. May not be an issue with the lawyer, could be her staff. They expect payment right away and care less about your case as long as she is paid. Dont buy in to the reviews that are postive cause those people have never dealt with her direct.
