I had an appt with this lawyer today at 3:00 But had to take my elderly mother to the hospital because she fell and I called to cancel I told them I will call to reschedule as soon as I get this taken care of. A few min later Mr, McDonald called me wanting to know why I cancelled and that I need to get in there if I want a lawyer in time for my hearing in February. He was insistent on wanting to know why I canceled.

After answering a ton of questions from whom I assume is his assistant, he called me & was extremely rude from the 1st words out of his mouth. After all of the questions asked, I assumed a little bit of empathy would have been shown, but not by him. He told me what I’ve done wrong & if I could file an appeal, then call him back. Regardless of if I did or did not get the appeal, I would never call him back or pay him for services. He should sit & think about how he treats people that are reaching out to him for help. There’s a reason we need help & belittling someone with needs can be devastating.
