Critical: ResponsivenessI was connected with this firm through my EAP for a free consultation and followup discounted services, and they strung me along for three weeks until they told me it would be another month before they could take consultations. I was connected with this firm through my EAP for a free consultation and followup discounted services, and they strung me along for three weeks until they told me it would be another month before they could take consultations. Needless to say I will never consider business with this firm again. Extremely unprofessional way to handle prospective clients and doesn’t seem to be a good business model, IMHO.
