Jesse Macro is a GREAT lawyer. But David Barajas is awful. He was court appointed to us and did nothing we asked. We barely talked to him and a call to get paperwork last week resulted in absolutely nothing. David doesn’t care about his clients… At all.

Jesse never returned my calls, never had a defense, and he should not be a lawyer any 3 year old can out smart him. Save your money and get a real lawyer….. there was no communication from his side only a email from him telling me to get a new attorney after I had him on the case for well over a year, going to have the iowa board review these emails for me.

Dave Kozlowski acted as mediator for my divorce case involving a minor child. The info sheet they give you before mediation states that Mr. Kozlowski works to find solutions acceptable to both parties WHILE prioritizing the best interests of the child, and I found that to be 100% accurate. I was very pleased with the work that he did, both in terms of a reasonable and satisfactory outcome, as well as the painlessness of the procedure itself. He was a great help.
