DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR TAX SERVICES – I REAP STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! … Mercedez, Malaui and his Team have the worst customer service ever. They overcharge for doing your taxes for no reason. Despite you being a customer for so many years, they keep increasing their prices on you. They will charge for any document you request even if it’s just an email. They ruined my taxes because of their lack of communication, especially Mercedez, do NOT use her as your tax expert. She is the worst person ever to contact in this place. If you don’t want to have a bad experience, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Run Run Run!! Go somewhere else. Take your business somewhere else!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You’re better off letting TurboTax do your taxes for you than be scammed by them. They charge you an unexplainable amount to do your taxes and dont even have a valid reason to back it up. Definitely ripping vulnerable people off. It can cost you somewhere between 600 to even 1k just to get taxes done.

Huge thank you to Malqui Tax and the staff for always pulling through! I have used them for over four years and they never disappoint. I use them for my personal and business taxes. Caesar and his staff are super diligent in all my tax matters and turn around is 24 hours for any document I have ever needed. They even took over any IRS related matters. I usually go to riviera in downtown or use @TURBOTAX and do it my self because it’s free. My cousin kept bragging about them how they always get her $8k and they claim everything and how I should use them this year as well.so I call to ask how much they charge and they said between $50-$250 it depends on your forms. I made the appointments for both of us. My cousins went before me and she was almost done and she got back bout 8k. I said wow ok she wasn’t lying. I sat down we put all of my information in and she said $385.xx to do my taxes.1) they tell you low amount over the phone so they can lure you in, i said what ever let’s do it. She took all of my information and came down to the forms, I gave her my 1095A form which is for the health insurance I asked her 5-6 times to make sure that she put in all of the information for the 1095A form she’s like yeah yeah I already did I was surprised how quick she did it so I asked her few time to make sure we are on the same page she said yes i did. So few day went by I had a gut feeling that she did something wrong so I called and spoke to Carmen which is their supervisor she said she will call back which It didn’t happen after 6 calls I finally got a call back and she told me that she doesn’t even have the form when the girl that was preparing my taxes she printed it and emailed it to carmen. After long attempts to connect again finally they put in my right numbers on file for the 1095 A form. For the inconvenience they returned my tax preparation fee but it’s been 2 months I still didn’t get my tax return as of today. They are so kind and sweet talk until they get your money. Every time I call to talk she’s busy so I email her and she only replied to the emails that don’t include me asking for my money or if they can give me partial money since they messed up so I can pay my bills that I am backed up on. ESPECIALLY CEASER THE OWNER he is all sweet talk too to keep you waiting and taking your money: not once have they replied to my email about me asking for $$ so I can pay my bills. My check is getting mailed to their office anyway idk what they can’t help me out when they screwed me. IF YOU WANT TO GO THERE WITH YOUR OWN RISK MAKE SURE THEY FILLED ALL OF YOUR FORMS OUT CORRECTLY. They wanted me to refer friends and family , HAHAHAHA yeah ok so I can look like an A.hole if something happens, yeah no thank you

Been a client for six years and every time I wished I went some where else. Your better off doing it yourself. I showed a copy of my we to a irs working who is also a certified tax prepare stated that they shorted me over a thousand bucks. TurboTax I’ll see you next year.
