I called him from the initial arrest occurred and he was on top of it, he came up with the solution and fixed the problem within 2 weeks tops all 3 criminal cases were dropped ! Words fall short of adequately expressing how pleased I am with Joe Zwick. He took over my case after going through two other lawyers including one of the most prominent “super lawyers” in the state and he completely turned my case around . My case was very complicated and contained a business component that Joe was willing to take the time to understand, unlike my previous attorneys. I was new to the legal arena and Joe possesses the unique combination of being extremely smart, incredibly strategic, and you feel his advocacy in a very special way. You always had the sense that he was thinking about your case around the clock and doing everything within his power to get you the best outcome. In addition his price per hour is the best value you will find , and you never have the feeling that he is “nickel and diming” like you often do when being billed by attorneys. Joe took care of a case in Volusia County for me which resulted in the best outcome for me possible. Scott represented me on an injunction case based off of false accusations. Scott was very quickly able to make the court aware of the holes in the story and was able to determine the accusations were false. Mandell Law is full of great lawyers. Joe and Scott have done a wonderful job on recent cases. Joe took care of a case in Volusia County for me which resulted in the best outcome for me possible. Scott represented me on an injunction case based off of false accusations. Scott was very quickly able to make the court aware of the holes in the story and was able to determine the accusations were false. And that is the reason it has taken me over a week to write this review after my case is finally over and I have my freedom back. So we’ll start at the beginning.. Mr. Mandell came highly recommended to me by someone I know who is also an attorney (Robert Anderson) but I needed a criminal defense attorney and the latter does more civil law. With that being said, from the day I was introduced to Mr. Mandell, he was there for me 1000% and do not think I was not skeptical at first as anyone should be in this arena. Mr. Mandell was always available to me 24/7 and he is a very high profile lawyer! He took my calls on weekends and nights and got me through my probation up to and including early termination after 7.5 months. A big thank you to Sammy and Richard Parker as well for her and his help too!!! How I could ever repay this firm is still something that I have no answers for because he just knows the right thing to do and does it. So very hard to come by I would imagine in this day and age. If you want to stay out of jail, please hire this man!!! He saved my life when no one else could but me and I just do not have the legal expertise to do what he did for me. LolWe ran into some really unconventional circumstances and Rob never stopped. Some things that were new because of Covid made a few tasks that would typically be pretty standard and simple very challenging & complex.He also never stopped at the end of his work day. He was relentless at figuring out how to resolve a horrible situation. This situation could have had my family member sitting in jail on bogus charges for a very long time.Every one I know who practices law told me that it didn’t look good & to prepare for a long road but he made it happen in a few short days!
