Critical: ResponsivenessI usually do not leave reviews on Google because as a business owner myself I know how these reviews can affect your perception of choosing a service. I have received bad service from businesses and have decided not to leave reviews due to there being various reasons the business did not perform correctly that day, but my experience here did not sit well with me. In my line of work, I deal with attorneys a lot so I am familiar with how the legal world works with attorneys. I felt like I was shielded with paralegals from speaking to the attorney. I get it if the attorney was on the phone all day answering questions all day they could not get work done and a paralegal can get a lot of the ground work needed for the attorney. However I paid a lot of money and it was impossible to get a hold of the attorney and I have a feeling the attorney knew nothing about me or my case. If a client paid that kind of money with me they would see me same day. However that was not the case and it almost felt like I was ripped off for what I paid and received. I usually do not leave reviews on Google because as a business owner myself I know how these reviews can affect your perception of choosing a service. I have received bad service from businesses and have decided not to leave reviews due to there being various reasons the business did not perform correctly that day, but my experience here did not sit well with me. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessI’ve been a client of this firm for the past 8years the process started when I was 22 years old with no children I am now 30yrs old with 3 kids ranging from 1yrs old to 7yrs old. My initial consultation was in 2013 where I paid a substantial amount of money I was scared they knew it and played on my fear to further their endeavors knowing what I know now I would’ve went an entirely different route. I honestly believe that the people they had representing this company cared somewhat but over the years I’ve had more attorneys on my case than I can imagine and each time a new one comes in they dont have a clue as to what is going on with my case I’ve had them hung up on me blocked me via email had me show up to court numerous times only for my attorney to not be there I’ve done everything required of me yet here I am sitting staring in to the unknown it’s been a year and a half since I heard anything pertaining To my case i called today to find out what is going on with my case and the lady kept talking over me and was very very rude and disrespectful I asked to speak to someone else and she refused to transfer me I paid this company a ton of money I at least deserve some courtesy and respect as a client. I’ve been a client of this firm for the past 8years the process started when I was 22 years old with no children I am now 30yrs old with 3 kids ranging from 1yrs old to 7yrs old. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. From the very start they have been honest. Our case is a little different and we have had to climb a couple of mountains but we have successfully with the assistance of Shanti and Joe. I don’t have to worry about a thing. As a Canadian working professional in the United States, I faced a serious issue in which may have lead to deportation and loss of my United States work rights. Never having utilized lawyer services in the past, I was hesitant and fairly nervous to not only visit the offices of Maney and Gordon, but rely solely on their word and guidance as my future relied heavily on their advice. Immediately when I contacted their offices via telephone, secretary Catalina offered her sincere sympathy and was able to make an appointment the same day within hours, as she recognized my situation required immediate assistance. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by name and taken to speak with attorney Shanti and her assistant Melissa. Both remained extremely professional and offered reliable options for me to chose from based on my issue. Moving forward with their highest recommended option, I immediately felt a sense of relief. For the following week, we worked together gathering all materials required and Shanti was able to quickly present me with the final documents I needed. My issue was then resolved and I am here today happily working in the United States. Considering my situation was extremely last minute, I offer my sincere thanks to everyone at the firm, especially Catalina, Beverly, Melissa, Joe and of course Shanti for recognizing the immediate need of my situation and working right into the start of her vacation to ensure I had the documents I needed. Even though, they website states they speak Spanish, at Orlando location it is impossible to get an appointment without an interpreter, so sad, because most of the employees at this location speak Spanish. Will ever recommend someone there. I recommend a friend of my couple years ago, she EXPERIENCE a bad treatment by the receptionist and the company apologized for this and told her she will get an discount if she file a papers with them. Well just got an appointment last Monday and in order to talk whit them she suppose to pay $100 and go there with an interpreter. We left the office, but noticed that most of them speak Spanish.
