Price was good, very friendly but we had some problems after the bankruptcy and there was even a mistake on it (we did not get a list of what was included when we went to court and found out later that our car was mistakenly placed on it). Multiple phone calls and I think even emails and no return calls. So zero customer service after everything was filed and we had issues with errors. So if you choose to use her tell her she needs to bring the list of what is included for you to review before signing papers. I asked but she didn’t have it with her and the errors have really hurt us.

Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessI’ve attempted several times over the past couple months to reach out to Christina & no response. Her phone is always forwarded to voice mail & the in box is always full. I’ve done everything I should & now I received a letter that my bankruptcy time has expired & that I can ask for an extension but a form needs to be completed by Sept 14th. I still have creditors calling me & bills coming through. She was to send me a letter to send out to creditors if this continues to happen & I have not received anything. If you want someone that can help guide you through this process don’t use her. Awesome experience! She answered all of my questions and got me on file quickly to stop a wage garnishment. Went to court and it was a breeze!
