Had a very unpleasant experience the entire year and a half of my case. It was a custody case which was very simple. Extremely minimal contact, seemed like no help from the attorney (paralegals we’re ok). I had, and to this day have to still call to get info because it seems like no one is proactive or cares enough about “simple” cases to even follow up with clients. If I could I will give this law firm a 0 STAR RATING! I made an appointment for civil and had the appointment for April 4th 2022 they called and told me I would need to reschedule so I booked my appointment for the 18th the day of my appointment I called before I made the trip out there to confirm my appointment!! They confirmed it and said it was still up. I arrived and the lady seemed irritated and said they canceled it because they are no longer doing civil cases I told her well why did no one inform me about it being canceled I called this morning as well and if I can speak to someone else and she just said they’re all busy about the appointment She just told me it was an answering machine that books the appointments and they don’t know and that they recently stopped doing civil cases. I’m convinced my appointment for April 4th was when they still were taking civil and now they want to reschedule me to a date they are no longer doing civil is really unprofessional. because when I booked my first appointment I asked if they do civil they confirmed yes and now they want to reschedule me At that cancel my appointment when I just called that morning about it!! Not informing me until I arrived about them not doing civil cases and how they canceled my appointment.very unprofessional!! POOR COMMUNICATION .

I received super support from both Ft Worth and Dallas offices. I called the Ft Worth office and got an appointment within two days. The folks then provided updates on status. Caleb P. and Sarah C. in the Dallas office did same day quick turns on documents that I had comments. Marie G. did the impossible…made me smart on legal documents and processes for my matter. The common denominator between both offices was quick responses and follow-up. I hope the office in San Antonio has some influence on Bexar County Court as far as quick responses.
