We looked at a number of firms and what really stood out to us was the personal, individual attention we received from this firm. Maria, his paralegal, is spectacular (she deserves a raise – hint hint!). She caught a mistake the Social Security office missed which was an important detail. If you have dealt with other law firms, then you know it is rare to receive a prompt call back or to feel like you are more than a number. Yes, it was great that the case was won (thank you!), but it was also a relief to have someone with us the entire way. At the close of the hearing, the judge even complimented Mr. Vaden for such a thorough brief and organized case submittal. I think if we had chosen a larger, less personalized law firm, the outcome would have been much different; the judge even implied as such! If you are looking for a quality attorney, I highly recommend the Marcus Vaden Law firm. We looked at a number of firms and what really stood out to us was the personal, individual attention we received from this firm. I called several law offices with no return calls or contacts from any but Marcus Vaden Law. I spoke first with Donna the receptionist and she was amazing. She first listened to my situation then set up a time with Marcus to call me. When Marcus called he walked and talked me through all the possibilities I was facing. We spoke for an hour and when we were done I offered to pay for his time but he refused. I felt so much better about my situation after speaking with Mr. Vaden. I needed counsel regarding a dispute with a home purchase. I called several law offices with no return calls or contacts from any but Marcus Vaden Law. I spoke first with Donna the receptionist and she was amazing. She first listened to my situation then set up a time with Marcus to call me. When Marcus called he walked and talked me through all the possibilities I was facing. We spoke for an hour and when we were done I offered to pay for his time but he refused.
