Mark was an outstanding attorney to work with. I contacted Mark early 2021 to begin the process of regaining my driving privileges. My case had several factors going against me. I had previously been granted restricted driving privileges twice by the Secretary of State. Both times my license was revoked due to violations of my restrictions. I also lied to the SOS during my previous hearing. Mark was upfront with me that if we tried to present my case in early 2021, I would be denied. He told me to continue to get documented proof of meetings and treatment, and he would contact me mid-2021. I continued to get proof, and Mark contacted me like he said he would. He got to work on my case, communicating with me every step of the way, and made sure that there were absolutely Zero mistakes in my paperwork. Despite my previous violations, and lying to the SOS, we were successful in gaining my driving privileges back. I had tried myself, and it was turned down. Over fairly small things I didn’t realize would be an issue or I would have done things differently. So it was recommended to me to talk to him. SO glad I did. He is VERY focused on details. Which is needed or you can get rejected for simple things. So he made sure everything was together, and any detail that could be potentially questioned was backed up with info on it so the secretary of state could have a full and accurate picture of everything. He was amazing from start to finish. He also is very to the point on what may be looked at as an issue and to let you know ahead of time so if you do get questioned on certain things you know what to expect. Also, very easy to reach and stays in contact throughout the process and gets back to any call or email quickly. He is very invested in presenting the best case possible for his clients and does care about his clients- rare from my experience with lawyers. He is amazing and very good at what he does.
