Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueThese people are awful!! The doctors office (I used to like) sent a bill I was disputing with my insurance company to collections with this ‘law firm’. I called the law firm to get their email and they do not have one. A law firm that refuses to communicate by Email? EMAIL!! I am pretty sure that this new fangled invention has been in existence for a few years and is a basic requirement for any business. My guess is they do not want a paper trail of their underhanded practices and attempts to bully people into paying their ridiculous fees.These people are awful!! These people are awful!! The doctors office (I used to like) sent a bill I was disputing with my insurance company to collections with this ‘law firm’. I called the law firm to get their email and they do not have one. A law firm that refuses to communicate by Email? EMAIL!!
