The criminal justice system can be very overwhelming and confusing if you are unfamiliar with the intricacies of the judicial process. With that said if you find yourself on the other side of the law a majority of the time it’s because you made a poor choice and one must accept responsibility for their action – but what I submit to you is a fair and equatable outcome and that is what Mary Beth delivered. The job of the State is to prosecute even add charges as filed and if you don’t have representation you will most defiantly receive the full wrath of the State. The criminal justice system can be very overwhelming and confusing if you are unfamiliar with the intricacies of the judicial process. Critical: ProfessionalismDo not use of you are a male fighting for your child in a custody case. She will use her own personal past experience against you. Not all men are liars and cheaters. Even with proof of the false allegations, deceit and manipulation from the other party, she would cave in to what the other lawyer and courts agreed upon. She even disregarded a professional letter from a psychologist about my well being that proved my innocence in every thing.
