Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI had a negative experience. I was interviewed in the beginning and was told that I qualified for their services. Made an appointment for the second interview and then I was told that I no longer qualified for their services. My attorney Helen was professional throughout the process but they should have known from the beginning that they weren’t going to help.
