Maureen helped my wife and I buy our first home in 2014. With grace and poise she led us through a competitive market to an accepted offer. 7 years and 3 kids later, we learned we would be relocating to another state for work, and needed to sell our house in a hurry. Of course we turned to Maureen, who never faltered. She guided us calmly through the process of prepping our house for a sale in less than a week. Two weeks later, we had multiple offers over asking. WIth anyone else I’m certain the process would have been beyond stressful, but Maureen made it feel effortless, and for that we will be forever grateful. Although we are moving away, our hearts are here, and with Maureen. And should fate allow us to return one day, we know who our first call will be. Thank you for everything Maureen — you have been an invaluable friend and ally in helping us make a home here, and preparing us for the next chapter of our lives. And to anyone considering Maureen for help with their home purchase or sale, I can say with full confidence that you will never regret it.

Maureen is such a high class professional that, throughout the whole process of buying a house, we kept asking ourselves “how were we so lucky to have found her?” She worked with us tirelessly and consistently, got to understand what we were looking for, and supported us in our low moments of doubt that we would ever find something. We were able to see every house we were interested in, because she arranged viewings that worked with our schedules (this was not always easy — we were not based locally and we were only available on weekends). She pointed out aspects that we would have never considered while giving us space to process and eventually reach our own conclusions. She also helped us connect to real estate lawyers, contractors, etc. while remaining easy to reach, responsive, friendly, and funny. I sincerely hope that this review will bring her more clients because she deserves it. I have no doubts that it will be a good experience for her future clients, too.

My husband and I initially met Maureen when we first moved to Westchester County in 2016. Maureen represented us in the purchase of our first home here. The process was different than in any other place we lived before, but Maureen made herself available for any question or concern we had. One of the things that impressed us about Maureen is the local knowledge she had about the towns in Westchester. She asked us a lot of questions about what we were looking for, not just in a home, but in a community as well. She also personally went above and beyond the role of a realtor to connect us in the community we ultimately chose and stayed in touch over the years as a friend. Recently, we decided to downsize and we called Maureen to discuss the market conditions. We wanted to know what we had to do to get top dollar for our home. Maureen was honest and clear about the steps we needed to take and the money we would need to invest to make it happen. We listened to her advice, decluttered and made improvements to our home. We took almost three months to make the improvements. Ten days after listing it, our home had multiple offers and was in contract above asking price. We also turned to Maureen for buying a new home at a time when the inventory was low and the competition was fierce. Maureen was constantly on the lookout for us and contacted us immediately upon finding out that one of the homes we liked but had an accepted offer on unexpectedly came back on the market after the prospective buyer walked away. We submitted our offer, it was accepted and we signed the contract a few days later. Maureen is dependable and reliable. She will tell you like it is and treat you like a friend or family member throughout the process. We highly recommend Maureen as a realtor.
