I have had the displeasure of working with Jessica at this firm. As someone else stated this is an HOA collection firm, nothing to do with a real firm. I have emailed, called and physically gone to the offices to try and get a balance and pay off my HOA fees and I can’t get an answer. I’m literally trying to pay them and I can’t get an answer! I HAVE NEVER WORKED THIS HARD TO PAY OFF A DEBT!!!! They’re rude and short with their answers. As a retired combat veteran I’ve never felt more disrespected when working with another agency. Don’t believe the 5 star comments, go with your gut.

Ok, is it just me or do the reviews below seem to be…exaggerated a bit? This is a collection agency for HOA dues and not a law firm. I’ve never seen a collection agency receive 5 star reviews before and it is extremely odd that these are all recent. Just an observation.
