Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessThis law firm is ridiculous! Starting with the office management that apparently is unresponsive and unprofessional. My attempt was to get this divorce finalized quick however the office staff lacked so much communication experience and professionalism that they made this experience even worse than what it was. Next, the attorney or “a” attorney was never in contact with me until I escalated and requested to speak to one. Finally when I paid to have the other party served, they never provided an receipt of the fee paid-I had to circle back with them to request it. This was a really bad experience for me and certainly would not recommend to family or friends.This law firm is ridiculous! This law firm is ridiculous! Starting with the office management that apparently is unresponsive and unprofessional. My attempt was to get this divorce finalized quick however the office staff lacked so much communication experience and professionalism that they made this experience even worse than what it was. Next, the attorney or “a” attorney was never in contact with me until I escalated and requested to speak to one. Positive: ProfessionalismI’ve been in this office twice for two of my cases and NEVER have they failed me . I love love love Alexa and Jessica. Very professional and supportive woman. Never have I ever dealt with people so professional like them and that actually want to help you with your case. I’ve been in this office twice for two of my cases and NEVER have they failed me . I love love love Alexa and Jessica. Very professional and supportive woman. Never have I ever dealt with people so professional like them and that actually want to help you with your case. I paid over 2k only had two court dates in and Omar minus withdrew from my case when it came time to show my evidence and lord and said he never received any of my docs even tho I asked him before court if he had them!
