Mr. Mayo had worked with my uncle to set up a special needs family trust in order to make sure that my special needs cousin would be provided for the rest of his life. So it was natural for us to turn to Mr. Mayo after the deaths of my aunt and uncle. As the independent executor of their wills I appreciated the advice and assistance of Mr. Mayo through the legal probate process. I especially appreciated the help of paralegal Kim Garcia. Kim was thirty every step of the way, seeing that the proper documents were filled out signed, notarized and filed with the court. It is quite a relief to have this tedious process complete!

Since we are the only family they have, we felt it was necessary to get these documents in place. The aunt and uncle agreed with this, so we contacted Mr. Mayo’s office about this. We explained the urgency to them on a Monday. On Wednesday, via teleconference, they confirmed their choices, and the same day the document were prepared. As the uncle is bedridden, the office staff arranged to come the the house to have the POA’s witnessed and notarized. By Thursday, everything was done.The cooperation we received from Mayo & Poland was exceptional. Kim was instrumental in handling all the details. Mr. Mayo was very helpful and got things moving. The urgent need for these documents was reflected in how the office expediently handled everything.
