I worked with this law firm for four local closings over the years and Lynn was always very professional. However last year I asked for help with my father-in-laws probate and had a horrible experience with Patrick. When complaining to Lynn he wasn’t receptive, defended Patrick in his continued non-responsiveness and said they were too busy to help so I had to find someone else. It took me 4 emails/phone calls last week to get my 2020 closing documents that they failed to send to me after the closing. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the service there over the past two years.
