Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValuePhone calls took days, even after having an appointment at a specific time, was told he was on the phone then 4 hours later call and he’s at lunch then call back 3 years later and theyre closed. He is absolutely terrible with communication, maybe since it was an owi and he thought it was an easy case, but never got back to me, owi first offense got jail, probation and all the fines.
