They had my case for 9 months and kept saying that they were so behind bc of covid but would get to it soon. Finally got a call and said they were not going to be able to peruse my case bc they were so behind on everything. I understand that covid has caused a lot of issues but my case is only a few months away from the statute of limitations runs out and now I am out of time on my case. They royally screwed me over.
