I hired Cynthia McClure in Jan 2015 to write custody papers and get my child support started. My daughther and I live in Tn and the father lives in In. Ms McClure has totally messed up my support papers and the amount were to receive and hasn’t returned my phone calls in over a month. Among other issues she was to handle for me. She took and cashed my check within 24 hours and has yet to finish my case. I’m at this time contacting the Indiana disciplinary board due to her lack of ethics. I truly would not recommend her to anyone who would like their legal matters handled in a timely and effective way

She lets her client Shawn Russum keep my son from me I haven’t talked to him in 2 weeks last year I didn’t see him for a year and now I can’t see or talk to him and there is no just cause for the actions she is suppose to do what’s best for the family, she does not do what’s best for my son at all she lets her client do whatever he wants no matter what the court order says, because she herself doesn’t follow it so why should her client she’s a horrible excuse for a human being and would never recommend anyone to her she has no clue what she’s doing and it proves it by keepIng a child away from his mom.
