Unprofessional to say the least. I had a closing with Kim 3 months ago. I have been calling for the last 5 weeks to find out where the documents are, because they have never been mailed. The front office never has a clue where Kim is and of course never calls back as promised. If you have a choice. do not use these people, unless you want uncertainty and a constant headache.

Kim was awesome, and kept all parties informed immediately of any changes from the lender. Closing was scheduled for 3pm, the law office did not receive the package until 5pm and still agreed to close my clients that evening. (Over and Beyond). John( Attorney) was very personable. He fully explained concerns to the clients and was open to questions without rushing, allowing the clients time to think and process the information provided. So I called to set up an initial meeting but changed my mind after speaking with his assistant. Her casual attitude, though not rude really, just didn’t seem professional (or interested). She made assumptions about why I was calling and even when I tried to explain, she would cut me off and then get brusque. I quit trying to explain. Sad really, the reviews were really good – but I went with another atty whose assistant was super professional, helpful, set up an appt, and gave me information in a concise, polite manner.
