I needed him for a ridiculous injunction case and he really showed how truth always prevails. He didn’t hold back and fought for what was right when dealing with a liar and lawyer who represented the liar. It was awesome seeing him in court and not holding back and making the other lawyer really work hard trying to represent such bogus accusations and catching the petitioner in her lies. He stayed professional but was very aggressive for my case. Such great work . I highly recommend him. I just wanted to say that Mr Mckendrick is a great professional lawyer. I needed him for a ridiculous injunction case and he really showed how truth always prevails. He didn’t hold back and fought for what was right when dealing with a liar and lawyer who represented the liar. She was informative and kind and didn’t try to rush anything. Unfortunately I didn’t get the pleasure of having her be the only person I had to deal with, Mr. Mckendrick being my official lawyer. He displayed extreme lack of empathy, lack of communication, lack of ability to prep me for anything. He lost my case, didnt seem to care whatsoever. Didnt ask questions. Never got a single thing done for me besides setting up a mediation which even then took MONTHS and got me absolutely nowhere. Losing this case has effected my entire life. If you want fast results and swift action, call McKendrick law. I got an advertisement letter in the mail from them, and called a week before court, and my case was won. The absolute best decision I ever made. McKendrick law is the best in Polk county for what they do. You want regret it, and I have them on speed dial .

Went to Mr McKendrick in a time of need. We sat down and discussed the situation and came up with a game plan to lead towards a reasulation. I followed all advice he gave, paid him to file motions in my case that he suggested we file to get a temporary time sharing order before another case was complete. The motions got filed but absolutely no follow up beyond those motions, the 2 times I called regarding this I was told “we’re trying to get an answer” and I was charged for both of those phone calls. I was also charged for a case review every month, but I can’t see how they reviewed my case file and never noticed there are unanswered motions just floating around. The first case which had a temporary time sharing order attached to it was about to be dismissed, this would once again put me right back were we started, at the will of my ex of when I would be able to see my child. I again called , I asked for a parenting plan to be drafted , spent alot of time on the phone with his paralegal as to what the parenting plan should say, I was told it would be ready the next day, then I get an email stating a couple more days, finally a month later I get the parenting plan, this is of course after the other case was dismissed and at this time I am at the will of my crazy ex. I go through this parenting plan and realized that my phone conversation with the paralegal meant nothing, so many things I asked for were not in this plan and things we discussed that I wanted were just ignored. At this point I’m over it, I send his paralegal emails asking how to get their office off my case, she directed me as to what I needed to do to have him removed from the case without him having to go to court and charging me for that court date. I sent in the paperwork as directed and was under the impression all was taken care of. I show up at the next court date to find Mr. McKendrick there , I ask for him to be removed from my case, the judge accepcted my request.. Then the bill comes.. $450 for a court date he attended AFTER his paralegal tells me this is what you need to do so he isn’t required to attend.. Watch your bills people, try to keep an eye on your case, DO NOT TRUST this office with there word.. the only thing they did without flaw was take the payment.. I could go on and on about how my case was negelcted and just not handle the way it should have been but will leave it there.. BTW no I’m not paying for you to attending a hearing I asked you not to attend, stop wasting postage,

Mr. McKendrick has gone above and beyond what I expected her would with my case. He took the time to understand my story and what I needed. I called him many times and was always able to get in contact with him. His assitants are also very kind and if Mr. McKendrick wasn’t able to speak with them , they were always able to help me out. I don’t even know where to start, he represented my wife over 3 years ago in her divorce. We are still having to have him complete stuff that was supposed to be done in the divorce papers. We have been waiting for him to finish a QDRO since May and he won’t send anything out overnight all standard mail. Getting a response from these people is like pulling teeth. Bottom line is he is incompetent and no communication skills and from how he handled himself in court, seems to lack confidence in his skills as a lawyer. It took writing a complaint to the bar to get a response from him. If you’re looking for a lawyer to take advantage of you this would be your guy.
