Hired him to petition he waited till the other side petitioned about 3 weeks later. Told him to contest two motions put forth by the other side. He did not do so. Was never available during business hours, argued with me every step of the way. Did not do any discovery and when he told me my retainer was used up and I requested a detailed bill he told me it was insulting to even ask. Do not use him, he will not take your direction he will force you to take his own and then tell you his scope is limited and then ask for more money. Will be filing a complaint with the bar.

Never sent a letter to former employer. Never spoke with anyone who actually worked for the former employer.Says he reached out to people he knew who could help but no one ever helped. Been trying to get our retainer back since May 2021 and he only comes up with excuses to not discuss it. Finally he came up with a refund amount less $1500 but has never accounted for anything he did.He has wasted our time. Gave bad advice and milked our money. Now I’m forced to file a bar complaint against him as well as further legal action if he continues to not respond or make excuses. He’s holding our retainer even though we fired him months ago.No, I do NOT recommend this attorney based on our experience with him.
