I called to retain Kelly McNeal a couple months after I did a paid consultation for a divorce. Her front desk person said she would call me back. After not hearing from her for a day I called and was told she had accepted my case and she was getting my paperwork together. After waiting for almost 3 weeks with two messages left that were never returned, I called and the same person told me she was not sure if she was going to take my case and wanted additional information. I was taken back but answered her questions. I’m now telling a front desk person personal info about my case which felt very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. To my surprise I received a call back the next day! Wow, they finally called me back but to say she was “straying away from family law and was cherry picking her cases”. I was devastated. I asked please for my consultation money back for she willing took it as she could take my case and now that she is not will she please return my money. I have called twice about this refund with NO response.

Kelly is FANTASTIC! We had previous representation and had to hire Kelly for a separate matter. Once our previous attorney made us nervous we switched both cases over to Kelly.
