Jim, Made assumptions about my character without meeting with me or talking to me in person. His staff took my retainer money as a single mom, rushed, and underestimated the complexity of my case as I told them from the beginning my ex will fight about property. Jim did not represent me to the closure of my divorce for which I hired him for. They discontinued representing me because I did not catch emails that we’re sent to me. And they did not call me to check in as to why I did not respond.. I work in customer service, this is very poor customer relations. I NEVER leave negative reviews.
