There aren’t enough words to describe how happy I am with the experience I had with Bill Skiff. He is straight forward and very to the point. His communication is excellent! He open to help with whatever he can, and when I say that, I mean it! My first appointment with him, I had locked my keys in my car accidentally and he had gone out of his way to call someone to come and get my car unlocked and was even willing to pay for it! Critical: ProfessionalismDon’t waste your time with these “lawyers” if you can even call them that. Unless you have a simple slam dunk case they won’t bother with it. Bill Skiff literally told us that we had a case but that it was a hard one so he didn’t want to involve himself in it…I mean, isn’t that what lawyers are for? To help people? If it was a simple case we wouldn’t need a lawyer…To top it off this was a week after he had already told us he would take the case. So, after 7 months of struggling with $0 income, we finally thought we had some help! We were so excited, and for the first time since the accident had occured, felt like we weren’t completely helpless. But apparently Bill Skiff had a sudden change of heart, because he turned around and sent all of our paperwork back to us through the mail.
