I hired Mekhtiyev Law to handle the sale of my apartment and I must say it was a great experience from start to finish. Serge was always responsive and had our best interests in mind while remaining commercial and insuring the deal got done. During the price negotiation he helped us structure terms to protect us and get full freight for our apartment. But the real benefit and expertise came through at the closing table. During the closing, the buyers had a snafu in their closing package and at one point the deal looked like it would have to be delayed. Serge stepped in immediately, called the buyer side attorney and negotiated on our behalf. Ultimately he was able to get the deal done that day and we were able to sign and close our deal. Thank you to Serge and the entire Mekhtiyev Law team for your hard work, professionalism and unwaivering client support.
